USA Swimming announces new meet results search tool Visitors
to usaswimming.org can now search for the results of meets
across the country in the Meet Results section. From local age
group meets to USA Swimming's National Championships, users now
have access to all results that have been uploaded into USA
Swimming's SWIMS database. Results are available in PDF, HTML
and Excel formats.
18 Aquastar swimmers participated
in the TWST BB-under Meet, and improved in 82% of the events
entered. Swimmer of the Meet, with 6 best times in 6 events entered,
is Sam Bethancourt. Others with 100% best times are Sarah Chavez,
Alison Fuller, Patrick LaBrode, Christopher Mowrey, Daniel Nagle,
Tri Nguyen, Curt Seward, Brandon Steinkuehler, and Mady Walker.
Alison Fuller and Christopher Mowrey earned promotions from White to
Aqua. Patrick LaBrode and Curt Seward now have the times for the
Gold group but still need to meet the attendance requirement.
PARENT
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED AT POOLS -
A practice
was cancelled due to no Parent On Deck at the pool. We must have a Parent on Deck, to answer questions,
handle paperwork and checks, and assist in any emergencies,
or practices will be cancelled. This is a standing team
policy. It will happen again if we don't have a POD. THIS
APPLIES TO ALL POOLS. If you cannot volunteer to be a parent
on deck, at least walk into the pool area and make sure
there is a POD before dropping off and leaving your child.
